Items being returned must be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging.
Change of mind is not accepted as a reason of return- but please contact us and we will try to assist you wit your purchase needs.
Arranged return conditions as follows:
Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned Items;
The item is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. We suggest that when you first receive your rug that you try fitting it on your horse over a clean rug.
Any discounts received at the time of purchase will not be carried over.
For any change of mind returns, it is your responsibility to cover all delivery charges incurred.
Please ensure your item is packed securely to protect it from any damage in transit and be sure to retain your shipping information for tracking purposes, to ensure the package arrives safely at our warehouse.
Galloping Ahead Equipment & Services cannot be responsible for any items damaged or lost during return transit.
